St. Falls Resort reveals new modern Japanese menu

At St. Falls Resort, we are always striving to create incredible experiences, and this winter ski season, we are taking our culinary offerings to the next level. We are thrilled to announce our exciting new modern Japanese menu now being served in our 1550 Restaurant, along with offerings in the PowderKeg Bar and 1550 Café.



A Winter Feast awaits

From the moment you step into the 1550 Restaurant, you'll be greeted with a menu that showcases the best of our culinary creativity. Imagine sinking your teeth into a Chicken Katsu Sando, where Japanese Milk Bread envelops crispy Panko Crumbed Chicken Thigh, complemented by Aonori Mayo and Pickles. Or perhaps a Mushroom Katsu Sando, with a Crumbed Portobello Mushroom offering a vegetarian meal that's just as satisfying.

For those seeking heartier fare, the Steak Sando with Wasabi Verde Mayo is a must-try. Seafood lovers will be thrilled with the Fillet O Fish, featuring Crumbed Flake, Takana Tartare, Cheese, Pickles, and Confit Garlic Butter with Japanese Milk Buns.

St. Falls Resort is revitalising our culinary magic to the PowderKeg Bar and 1550 Café, where you can indulge in smaller yet equally delightful offerings. Start with White Anchovy on Binbin Cracker, or savor the unique Ebi Toast, Sesame and Tobiko Caviar. For a taste of fusion, try the Corn Tostada with Miso Butter Corn and Yuzu Kosho Mayo.
