At St. Falls Resort, we are always striving to create incredible experiences, and this winter ski season, we are taking our culinary offerings to the next level. We are thrilled to announce our new modern Japanese menu.

Our seasonal Australian menu has something for everyone – with weekly specials, desserts and a kids menu available. Our world-class chefs are serving up signature dishes to elevate your ski holiday adventure.

Enjoy breakfast from 7am before you head off for a day on the slopes, or take a break from 11:30am for lunch. Sit back and enjoy the stunning views down the valley, then wander over to the Falls Express ski lift to do it all again.

Dinner service starts at 5:30pm for a perfect end-of-day experience on the mountain. Soak up the atmosphere and browse our fabulous wine list featuring local and international wines.
