Welcome to your ski apartments at Falls Creek -- ready for your snow adventure. St. Falls Resort is located just metres from Wombat’s Ramble ski run at the heart of the village, so you can enjoy a truly “ski-in, ski-out” accommodation experience.
Our deluxe apartment configurations range from snug 1-bedroom – perfect for couples – up to a 3-bedroom deluxe apartment with space for eight guests. St Falls Resort’s boutique alpine apartments are completely self-contained – allowing our holiday-makers to cook at home or choose to dine at one of our world-class in-resort restaurant options.
When you book a ski apartment at St. Falls resort, you can enjoy the convenience of driving to the door and unloading (no oversnow required) and utilise free resort parking and transfer service (from and back to your vehicle), Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and separate seating areas. Our deluxe apartments also include an open kitchen, toasty heated floors and a laundry. For your convenience, we also provide all bed linen and towels – so all you need to pack are your skis!

Nestled into the mountain at the gateway to Falls Creek, within our complex there are multiple bars, restaurants
and cafes, a supermarket, ski hire, specialty shops and a creche for the little ones. It’s important to our team of locals that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We can’t wait to welcome you to St. Falls resort.
For bookings made more than 45 days prior to arrival a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the booking. This deposit must be received within 48 hours of the booking being made.
The balance of 50% of the total booking amount must be paid in full, 45 days prior to the date of arrival.
Mastercard, VISA and AMEX are accepted. A Credit Card surcharge of 2% applies.
Where a booking is made within 45 days of arrival, the total booking amount is payable immediately.
A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking as security.
All damages to property will be charged to the credit card associated with the booking.
St. Falls Resort is strictly non-smoking. Smoking in rooms will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee.
A standard clean is included as part of each booking. Excessive additional cleaning will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee.
For cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refund of the total booking amount is available (50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable).
For cancellations made within 45 days of arrival, refund is not available.
This cancellation policy also applies to changes which decrease the total amount of a booking, for example decreasing the number of guests staying or shortening the length of stay.
If postponing your booking to a future date may be possible or if you have special circumstances that would warrant compassionate consideration, please contact us before cancelling your booking so that we may discuss postponement or credit options with you.
