What are the check-in and check-out times at St. Falls Resort?

​​Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out until 11:00 AM may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Is breakfast included with the accommodation?

Breakfast is not included but can be added to your booking for an additional cost. Alternatively, guests can dine at the on-site venues and charge meals to their room.

Are pets allowed at the resort?

Pets, including cats and dogs, are not permitted at St. Falls Resort due to environmental and safety considerations. These restrictions are in place to preserve the natural surroundings and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

What amenities are available at St. Falls Resort?

The resort offers a range of amenities, including an indoor pool, outdoor plunge pool, sauna, gym, and ski-in/ski-out access.

Can I request extra beds or baby cots?

Portacots and highchairs are available free of charge for infants and must be requested upon booking. Guests need to provide their own linen for the portacot. The use of sofa beds will incur an additional $75 per person per night charge.

Terms & Conditions

For bookings made more than 45 days prior to arrival a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the booking. This deposit must be received within 48 hours of the booking being made.
The balance of 50% of the total booking amount must be paid in full, 45 days prior to the date of arrival.
Mastercard, VISA and AMEX are accepted. A Credit Card surcharge of 2% applies.
Where a booking is made within 45 days of arrival, the total booking amount is payable immediately.
A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking as security.
All damages to property will be charged to the credit card associated with the booking.
St. Falls Resort is strictly non-smoking. Smoking in rooms will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee.
A standard clean is included as part of each booking. Excessive additional cleaning will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refund of the total booking amount is available (50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable).
For cancellations made within 45 days of arrival, refund is not available.
This cancellation policy also applies to changes which decrease the total amount of a booking, for example decreasing the number of guests staying or shortening the length of stay.
If postponing your booking to a future date may be possible or if you have special circumstances that would warrant compassionate consideration, please contact us before cancelling your booking so that we may discuss postponement or credit options with you.
